Campaigns ask a focused question; the answers arrive as opportunities with the context a reviewer needs.

Accelerate Improvement.
AIMaps the process from your notes, transcripts and SOPs in minutes — then tells you which steps to delete before you automate anything.
Northstar turns strategy, employee ideas, and weighted scoring into a clear list — then maps the process behind each one and verifies the saving after the change lands.
Nothing counts as banked until the process owner says the process actually runs the new way.

How it works
Five stages, and the product is laid out in that order.
The sidebar reads as the method, so you can hand it to a client as the process rather than explaining it separately.
Score every candidate against a model you can defend, and rank the portfolio on the result.
Decision models · PortfoliosMap the process, classify the waste, decide what to delete before you automate anything.
Process EngineeringRe-measure after the change lands and get the business owner to sign the figure.
Benefit reviewsPublish what the program returned, with the calculation visible next to every number.

AI-Driven Process Transformation.
The slow part of improvement work has always been getting the process written down. Paste workshop notes, drop in a call transcript and the SOP nobody has opened since 2023, and the map is drafted from all of them at once.
Where a duration or an owner isn't in your material, it says so and leaves the field empty. An estimate that looks like a measurement is worse than a blank.
Notes, transcripts, SOPs and screenshots of a form — several at once. Steps come back with the role, system and duration it found in your material.
Once a map exists the button changes. Add a source to fill a section in without discarding what you already accepted.
Classifies every step, marks the critical path, and gives each one a verdict — keep, delete, automate or resequence.
Works from those verdicts and the constraints you set. Change an earlier map and the proposal marks itself out of date.
You pick the passes, and you can ask it something specific — why a step waits three days, whether one role could own the whole thing end to end.
Every proposed step is reviewed one at a time, with the source line it came from. Uncheck what's wrong and only the rest lands.
A role called HR in your notes joins the existing HR Operations lane rather than creating a near-duplicate beside it. The plan is shown before it's applied.
Process engineering
Delete the step before you automate it.
Once the map exists, the work is deciding what shouldn't. Cycle time, touch time and cost sit on every step, so the argument is about measurements rather than opinions.
Every finding names its waste type, the step it sits on and the hours it costs. Waiting and rework are usually the two that matter, and they are usually the two nobody measured.
The analyzed state classifies every step and marks the critical path. The future state follows from those verdicts, and goes stale the moment an earlier map changes.
Every step records who requires it and why. A step nobody can defend is a deletion candidate, and deleting beats optimizing what shouldn't exist.
Edit a box and the source updates; edit the source and the diagram redraws. Copy it, save it as a file, put it under version control. A process map that only exists as a picture can't be reviewed properly.
Strategic Models
Different work deserves different criteria.
Regulatory work shouldn't be scored on revenue impact. Build a model per kind of work — each with its own criteria, scales and weights — and point as many lists at it as you like.
Weights come from pairwise comparison, and the consistency ratio tells you whether your own judgements hold together. Under 0.10 they do. Above it, the weights are an average of contradictory opinions rather than a position.
Changing a list's model discards its scores, and the product says so before you do it — not afterwards.

Strategic prioritization software for decisions people can explain.
Northstar connects strategy, weighted Strategic Models, initiative evidence, and list rankings in one traceable decision workspace.
What is Northstar?
Northstar is strategic prioritization software. It helps teams turn strategy into weighted decision criteria, compare initiatives consistently, and preserve the evidence behind every priority.
How does Northstar rank initiatives?
Teams define the criteria, scoring ranges, and relative weights that reflect their strategy. Northstar applies that decision model to each initiative and shows how every criterion contributes to the resulting rank.
Is Northstar project management software?
Northstar complements delivery tools rather than replacing them. It helps leaders decide what should be prioritized, why it matters, and which trade-offs produced the decision before delivery begins.
Who is Northstar designed for?
Northstar is designed for PMO, strategy, transformation, operations, continuous-improvement, and innovation teams that need an explainable way to compare competing work.
Early access
Bring one process. We'll map it with you.
Onboarding uses your process, not a demo dataset. You leave the first session with the map, the friction findings and an honest view of what's recoverable.
Approving a request issues a time-limited admission grant, not an open-ended account. We review each one by hand.
